Pumpkin #1 in my Soul Eater series.
Maka & Soul...on a pumpkin.
This pumpkin was carved from a piece of my own fan art that I drew it specifically for carving on a pumpkin.
This one surprised me by only taking 2-3 hours to carve. All carving and 'skinning' done with an exacto blade.
Pumpkin is fake, purchased from Michael's, with a thick foam inner and plasticky latex paint outer (I believe). Why fake? 'Cause when it takes as many hours as some of these do, there's no way I want something that I have to throw away in a few weeks.
